The life outside the walls
If you ask what the owners will miss most, it isn't any single room — it's the life outside the walls.
In summer the days blur happily together with swimming, tennis, boating, and long golden evenings on the trails that wind through the neighbourhood. There's always somewhere to wander and something to do.
And then winter arrives, and the lake gives something even more special.
The community comes together to clear and maintain a skating rink right out on the ice — for the kids, for the adults, for anyone who wants to lace up. There is genuinely something to do here in every month of the year.
More than anything, Sparkling Lake has a way of making you feel welcome. Neighbours wave, look out for one another, and every now and then a friendly deer wanders up to say hello — as much a part of this community as anyone.
